Solutions prime objective is to provide customers with products
and services to a level of quality that consistently conforms to
contractual obligation, statutory requirements and fitness
for purpose.
Netsoft
Solutions has drawn up its own procedures and implemented them through
a well-maintained Quality Management System. Standards have been
drawn up for activities such as design, coding, testing and maintenance.
The entire Quality Management System is defined through a Quality
Manual and a Quality System Procedure Manual which are controlled
through the Head (Quality).
QA-activities
The
Quality Manual and the Quality System Procedure Manual define the
QA activities within the company. It also plans a set of Internal
Audits for the company that encompasses the technical and the support
groups of the company. Based on Audit schedule and agenda, it identifies
non-conformances of process followed versus documented, as a means
of Quality control and analyses the metrics data that are collected
across the company.
